1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the engineering services, technical consultation, or digital systems provided by CONTEK, you agree to be bound legally by these terms, operational codes, and all applicable global engineering regulations.
2. Engineering Services & Scope
All technical specifications, mechanical designs, and installation schedules provided by CONTEK are project-specific. Any adjustments or alterations to the agreed engineering scope must be documented and signed via an official amendment.
3. Intellectual Property
The blueprints, custom mechanical designs, specialized schematics, and structural systems developed by CONTEK remain our intellectual property until full contractual payment is cleared, unless explicitly specified under separate commercial NDAs.
4. Liability Boundaries
CONTEK engineers systems to comply fully with global safety and pressure codes. We are not liable for operational failures resulting from unauthorized modifications, lack of certified periodic maintenance, or misuse by third-party technicians.
5. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate an active service agreement if the other party breaches material technical obligations. All outstanding payments for engineering phases delivered prior to termination become due immediately.
